• Nationality & Academic Affiliation: Must be a Nigerian citizen currently enrolled as a student or conducting research in Chemistry at a Nigerian higher education institution at the time of application.

• Admission Status: Must apply for, meet the academic standards of, and receive an official offer of admission for an eligible full-time Chemistry Master’s program (MSc or MRes) at Imperial College London.

• New Enrolment: Must be starting a new degree program (current or continuing Imperial students are ineligible).

• Fee Status: Must be categorized as an Overseas fee-paying student.

• English Proficiency: Must fulfill Imperial's standard postgraduate English language criteria (institutional exemptions may apply depending on your prior degree qualifications and program track).

Step-by-Step Application Process

Because scholarship selection depends on department admission, candidates must secure their academic place before requesting funding:

1. Choose an Eligible Program: Explore the postgraduate taught and research courses offered by Imperial's Department of Chemistry (such as the MRes in Green Chemistry, Catalysis, or Nanomaterials).

2. Submit an Admission Application: Complete and submit your formal application through the Imperial College London postgraduate admissions portal early to allow sufficient time for review.
